RA FBCH developed ECC Report 137 on ‘Introducing Greater Flexibility in the Current Regulatory Structure with a View to taking forward Convergence and Harmonisation in the ECC’ which was finally approved by WGRA at its 19th meeting in Tromsø, Norway, 26-29 January 2010.

The Report investigates issues associated with applying more flexible spectrum management models in the current regulatory framework.
